Mission to space!

Did you know that last weekend two astronauts launched from America for the first time in 9 years? Destination: the International Space Station
NASA last launched a Space Shuttle in 2011.
Since then the Americans have been "hitching a ride" with the Russian Soyuz programme!

We are enjoying being back at school!

Circuit Exercise Course

We are creating exercise circuits for the children in Harakeke.
These pictures show us practising our exercise ideas.
We need five exercise stations on each map.

Our learning goal for writing is to have correct spelling on our map.
We are focusing on the GROW value Whanaungatanga to work co-operatively with others and to participate in each other's exercise circuits.

A message from Paityn

What a lovely way to start the week.

To Harekeke: I have been enjoying my bubble doing lots of things: baking, biking, playing cards, school work, singing karaoke, soccer( me and my papa built me a soccer net) gardening, hit and run with a cricket bat and ball and much more. I am very excited to get out of my bubble and see my friends again and talk about all the activities we have been doing. Hope to see everyone soon.
Stay safe and save lives😀
